Account details you give us: your email address and, if you create an account, a password we store only as a hash.
Order details: what you bought, when, and for how much. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
Download activity: which installers you requested and when, so we can support you and detect abuse of download links.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data.
We do not run advertising trackers.
We do not email you marketing unless you asked us to.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account removes your entitlements, so you would lose access to downloads.
