Frequently asked

Which formats do you support?: VST3 and Audio Unit, on macOS, as universal binaries for Apple Silicon and Intel. A standalone application is built for our own testing but is not part of the product and is not installed.
Is there a Windows version?: Not currently. Our plugins are built and validated on macOS. We will say so here when that changes rather than listing Windows before it works.
Do you support AAX / Pro Tools?: Not currently. The build system has an AAX target, but it requires Avid's SDK and we have not shipped a signed AAX build. We will not list a format we have not shipped.
How many machines can I install on?: Computers you own or control. See the End User Licence Agreement.
Do updates cost extra?: Updates within a version's major release are included.
How do I get my downloads?: They appear in My Products in your account after purchase. Download links are generated per request and expire, so please download from your account rather than saving a link.
