Eight circuits. Eight mechanisms. One decision.
A push-pull valve stage does not sound like a single-ended one because its topology cancels even harmonics as a matter of algebra. A transformer saturates the bass before the treble because flux is the integral of voltage. A diode clipper has no closed-form transfer function at all.
SATURIFT models those things as the physical effects they are — so the differences between its eight models come out on their own, instead of having to be dialled in.

Why this exists
Most audio software asks you to take its word for it.
We build plugins the same way we would build a measurement instrument: state the mechanism, implement it honestly, measure what came out, and publish the number. When something does not work, that goes in the documentation too — one of our reverbs ships without antialiasing on its saturation stage because we implemented it, measured it making aliasing 41 dB worse at the drive that tank actually reaches, and took it out.
That is not a marketing position. It is the only way to make a saturation model sound like the circuit it describes instead of like a curve someone liked, and it is why the eight models in SATURIFT differ from each other without anyone having to dial the differences in.
Every plugin here has a test suite that runs in about a second, because the DSP has no plugin-framework dependency at all. Every figure on this site comes out of one of them.
